A listing of our public tours can be found on our tour calendar. A private tour is arranged for parties of 2 or more guests. Dates, times, and locations are flexible. Can I get a refund if I have to cancel?
For public tours, tickets are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, you must contact Six Taste at least 2 weeks in advance. Otherwise, there are no refunds, credits, or exchanges for no-shows.
For private tours, you can cancel by a specific date without penalty. Otherwise, we reserve the right to withhold your deposit.
Can I reschedule or transfer tickets?
Sure! We can reschedule your tour given at least 2 weeks advance notice. You are welcome to transfer your tickets to friends and family if you are unable to attend. Just email or call us! For private tours, we recommend that you inform us by a certain date (stated in your contract); otherwise, fees will apply.
What if I have food allergies or dietary restrictions?
If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, please let us know at least 72 hours in advance. Otherwise, substitutions cannot be guaranteed and an additional charge may be incurred to cover extra orders. Also, please keep in mind that our chefs' signature tastes may not fit a particular dietary restriction, so we can only provide the "next best option." All of our tours are vegetarian-friendly, except for our Delicious Dumpling, New Chinatown, Thai Town, Sawtelle Japantown, and Koreatown tour since those entail family-style tastings.
*If you would like to ensure we can provide alternatives, please email us at [email protected] or call us at 213.798.4749.
If I am bringing an infant or very young child, do I need to purchase a ticket for him/her?
Regular priced tickets apply to children who plan to participate in the food tastings. Otherwise, small lap children are welcome to join their parents for free. If you plan on taking children, please make a note of that upon purchasing your tickets so we can make necessary arrangements.
