Stroll down popular Sawtelle Boulevard that has evolved into a foodie and cultural destination. Visit historic Yamaguchi Nursery and Giant Robot novelty store while sampling sweet and savory specialities from local shops to nationally and internationally renowned establishments.
This tour is mostly family-style, so we unfortunately cannot accommodate most dietary restrictions such as vegetarian, pescatarian, vegan, no red meat, or gluten-free diet. We recommend setting up a private tour if you do have these dietary restrictions, and we'd be happy to customize for your group.
ITINERARY
Guests will be led on a route of about 4-5 eateries on roughly 4 walking blocks. The tour lasts about 3.5 hours. Enjoy over 7 unique tastings that may include sweet potato cheesy pretzel from a local coffee shop, Japanese okonomiyaki from popular Japanese chain that made its US debut here, grilled lemongrass steak with fried egg banh mi from a Vietnamese family-owned business, Filipino pork patita considered one of the LA Times' best dishes, Hawaiian shave ice with condensed milk and macadamia nut ice cream from a brother-sister team that wanted to bring their Hawaiian roots to the neighborhood, and chicken kaarage from a long-time family recipe.
**Since we partner with over 100 different restaurants in LA, menus and tasting locations are subject to change.
GENERAL INFORMATION & PRICING
Ticket prices start at $85 per person, which includes all food tastings and guided walking tour. The amount of tastings on the tour is equivalent to a full meal.
If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, please let us know at least 72 hours in advance. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee substitutions and additional charges may apply. We do our best to accommodate any special needs or considerations including wheelchairs, strollers, babies or young children. Advance purchase required. Same-day add-ons or changes will incur an additional fee of $25 per person.
**In the tourism industry, it is customary to tip a standard gratuity of 15% to 20% of the retail price of the tour. If you enjoyed your time on the tour, please be sure to take care of our tour guides.

Tickets are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, you must contact Six Taste at least 2 weeks in advance. Otherwise, there are no refunds, credits, or exchanges for no-shows. Six Taste reserves the right to cancel tours due to low attendance. In this case, you will be notified and refunded the evening before the tour date.
