Arthur is a Thai-American street food enthusiast. Being actively involved with his Thai community, he works in close proximity with a lot of Thai cultural events. He loves his grandma’s cooking; therefore, enjoys the finest of Thai cuisines.
Cravings: Guava and Lychee Slush on a hot summer’s day, Thai style pork jerky (Moo Dad Deaw) and Northern Thai marinated sausage (Sai Krok Isaan) everyday; with sticky rice all year round.
Eating inspiration: Trying new restaurants and foods from around the world

Brian has been an actor for over 14 years and enjoys sharing his passion for the arts and food. Brian started a popup Asian eatery called Trybowl in 2012 and is always adding to his knowledge of Japanese food and culture by exploring new foods and places.
